We’ll open a support ticket and assign a representative. You’ll receive login details to access your dashboard and begin messaging with our team.

Not for remote support. If your system needs parts or an on-site visit, we’ll always explain the cost and ask for your approval before continuing. Billable work is only invoiced after the job is completed.

No problem. We work on systems from any installer and support all major brands. If your original provider is out of business, we can help.

Premium is entirely optional. Our free Basic plan includes remote diagnostics, dashboard support, and ticket-based help. But if you want proactive care, lower service rates, and peace of mind, Premium is a smart upgrade. It’s just $365/year – about $1 a day – and helps your system perform as expected, last longer, stay protected, and save you money.

Premium includes all Basic support features, plus an annual preventative maintenance package engineered to maximize performance and reduce long-term costs:

  • Thermal imaging – detects micro cracks and heat anomalies invisible to the eye

  • Wiring inspection – identifies degradation or damage from pests or wear

  • Balance of system check – ensures inverters and other components are operating within specifications

  • Panel washing – improves irradiance and system efficiency

In addition, Premium subscribers get:

  • Production monitoring & insights – track performance trends as well as your savings

  • Automatic system alerts & ticket creation – we monitor your system and initiate service tickets as soon as we detect an issue

At $365/year (about $1/day), Premium is designed to pay for itself in improved performance, extended system life, and lower service rates.
