How it works

Premium is a simple upgrade that adds proactive care. Once you subscribe, we schedule your yearly preventative visit and monitor your system in the background. If performance drops or an issue is detected, we automatically open a support ticket — and if an on-site repair is needed, you approve the cost before any work begins and pay only after it’s completed.
